Once we are in receipt of your submission, we will begin processing your application upon receipt of the application fee (AED 500 non-refundable). You may make this payment by filling in a Credit Card Authorisation Form and sending this to:

You are also required to submit the following attachments to progress with your application:

• Application Fee of AED 500 (non-refundable)
• 6 recent passport sized photos of the child/children
• 2 copies of child’s/children's birth certificate in English or Arabic (if not, this should be translated and authenticated  from your embassy or consulate)
• 2 copies of child’s/children's passport and residence visa
• 2 copies of each parent/guardian's passport and residence visa
• recent medical record and copy of child's/children's vaccination card
• Copy of most recent school report
• Copy of any diagnostic testing or educational assessment (if applicable)
• any psychological assessments (if applicable)
• Transfer certificate in English or Arabic (if not, this should be translated and authenticated from your embassy or consulate) confirming grade completed and exit date from current school. **

** 1. Local transfer from a school in the UAE - transfer certificate should be attested from KHDA or from the other Education Zones.

**2.  Overseas transfer certificate: - (A OR B)

A. Attestation of Transfer Certificate is not required for America, Canada, and Europe & Australia/New Zealand.
B. Other countries not listed above -  the transfer Certificate should be attested by Ministry of Education, Department of Foreign Affairs and UAE embassy in the country where the certificate was issued)

Your application cannot be considered until the above documentation has been received.

Acceptance to our school is contingent upon the results of the assessment test, student interview and former school history.
